Abstract:

The article discusses and analyzes the features of personnel management in an industrial enterprise. The system of personnel quality management at the industrial enterprise is developed and illustrated. It is concluded that the identified General characteristics of personnel management in the industrial enterprise in the context of the functioning of the organizational system, among other things indicate the need to detail the objective co-holding of the considered managed system in the direction of a single object (individual), which includes the ability of a person to work – labor, taking into account professional, qualification and personal components in the process of personnel management of an industrial enterprise.
