Abstract:

The essential factor determining innovative development of digital economy is intellectual. In the submitted article the choice is reasonable and the content of infrastructures-but-reproduction approach to management of intellectual resources of employees of the industrial enterprises in the conditions of the modern transformational processes of innovative development of digitalization having objective character, having evolutionary and technological origin and, causing deep social and economic changes at all levels of economy is disclosed. From a position of the offered approach results on addition of the theory of human resource management by the developing elements covering classification of organizational levels of management of intellectual resources of workers at the enterprises of the industry and also identification of the types of personnel policy corresponding to a certain level of the organization of management of intellectual resources of workers are received. Results of a research are useful and necessary for formation and development of a theoretical and methodological basis of improvement of the organization of human resource management of innovatively active industrial subjects of economy in the conditions of her digital development. Can be used when developing tools, methods, systems and also mechanisms of management of intellectual resources of the workers aimed at maximizing effect of the innovation necessary for ensuring stable innovative development at the modern level.
