The article reveals the relationship between important economic indicators – the system of labor organization / performance standards and the indicators of the analysis of the enterprise’s main assets – capital/output ratio and returns on assets. The author has proposed a logical chain allowing to assess the role of labor performance system in general enterprise’s development. The information provided herein will be useful to the professionals working in the sphere of labor organization and performance standards, to the economists, accountants, HR specialists, heads of workshops or production sites, as well as to students of all kinds of economic faculties at the establishments of specialized secondary and higher education.
Highlights:
► an increase of the account of annual average fixed asset value of 2.5 mln rubles has affected labor organization and standardization performance
► a causal relationship between the key indicators of labor organization and standardization performance and returns on assets/capital output ratio has been studied
► the correlation between the key labor organization and standardization performance, such as labor intensity, production, loss of working time and capital/labor ratio and capital output ratio is indirect – through the production and the products sold, and, respectively, through the enterprise’s personnel
