Abstract:

The article considers the methods of evaluation of talented employees in advertising business organizations in the conditions of using the "talent theater". The article is of interest for large business companies experiencing the need to retain talented staff. The methodology developed by the author for evaluating employees and participants of the "talent theater", which serves as the basis for determining key performance indicators of employees in a balanced personnel management system, is of particular interest.
