Abstract:

The study aimed at studying the motivational system of the organization and its transformation under the influence of factors of different nature increase the competitiveness of the organization as a whole. In the process of research there is the basic criteria of an effective system of motivation. Investigated external and internal factors that affect motivation, as well as the analysis of changes in employee motivation. A formula has been derived that makes it possible to assess the degree of the need to transform the motivation system of an organization. As a result, the author's description of the transformation of the motivational system of the organization in modern conditions, which suggests that, analyzing the external and internal factors and examining the existing system of motivation in the organization, we classify the problems identified in the motivational system and divide them into three groups. Then plan to conduct motivational activities, taking into account the time factor and the stage of the life cycle of the organization organized and implemented motivational activities and monitor and audit the results of the proposed motivational activities. Thus, the described transformation of the motivational system of the organization helps to efficiently and accurately come to a correct phase solution with the possibility of saving the resources of the organization. This allows the motivational system to be effective, and the organization to be competitive.


Highlights:

The motivational system of an organization affects the competitiveness of the organization as a whole. Under the influence of factors of a different nature, a transformation of the motivational system occurs. The article examines the external and internal factors affecting motivation and derived a formula to assess the degree of need for the transformation of the motivational system of the organization. The author also offers a description of the transformation of the motivational system, which will make it effective and give the organization a competitive advantage.
