Abstract:

The relevance of the article lies in the fact that enterprises of any sphere, to ensure a significant competitive status, requires the creation and improvement of an adequate system of corporate knowledge management. The author analyzes the system of corporate knowledge management and the life cycle of knowledge in the organization, as well as the new "culture of thinking" as a basis for ensuring the effectiveness of corporate knowledge management systems, allowing enterprises to get rid of their production problems. The author suggests to implement tools of motivation of employees for education during life and the desire to transition to a new "culture of thinking" in the framework of non-standard methods of corporate training in the SUKZ developed in organizations. The proposed incentive system will be of interest, first of all, to the heads of industrial enterprises, as it allows to motivate employees to act in the interests of the organization and carry out their activities with the greatest efficiency.
