Abstract:

The article considers labor standards, which are important in assessing the labor potential of the enterprise, and are an indispensable element of a staff management system. That is why the article analyzes labor rationing through information technologies; we consider the directions of expanding the application of automated systems in labor rationing using calculating-analytical and analytical-research methods; we analyze the development of automation of normative and research works as an indispensable element for improving existing and created software tools for designing standards using various types of information technologies; we consider the management of labor rationing through the pricing system, a set of measures to provide practical assistance to enterprises from the scientific, regulatory and research organizations and firms in providing them with methodical and regulatory materials, modern technical means and computer devices, as well as through training and retraining of staff ; we also suggest methods for labor rationing by means of labor automation that can be proposed, and are compatible with labor standards as ways to increase productivity and remuneration.
