Abstract:

The article considers a self-management which is relatively new direction in management. The author shows the wide range of opportunities that arise if you consider self-management as a new specific area that helps you to development and achieve goals in science, management practice, human sciences and other areas related to your life. In particular, when relying on fields of study given in the passport of scientific specialty "Management", there arises the possibility of a more comprehensive systemic perception of self-management and more precise definition of the basic concepts, goals, objectives, principles and areas of research in self-management. The given composition of fields of study in self-management can be applied by teachers of "Self-management" in higher education, and by employees of any organization facing challenges in life, activity, career development, identifying the areas of causes of problems and the areas of knowledge that contribute to their solution.
