Abstract:

The article considers the current directions of formation and professional training of public staff administration taking into account the adaptation of advanced technologies for training managerial personnel abroad to the Russian realities. We analyze the examples of the implementation of foreign educational management training programs that meet international standards and requirements in Russia.

Highlights:

bureaucracy is not interested in decisions and does not seek to maximize public welfare

thesis on reforming the high schools of management training was included in the concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020

there is a number of foreign programs, which are currently being successfully implemented in Russia and are very popular
