Abstract:

Leader is a person capable of managing the power of own social body, ensuring its functional identity and, consequently, growth as a result of efficient solutions aimed at satisfying the needs of this body. Social body is a territorial psychology area polarized by the leader: trust, ideology, employees, organization, individuals and elements of a certain interest that is actually specified and united by the leader.


Highlights:

► leader’s main quality is the ability to function as a functionality intermediary for a certain group or in a certain context
► the expression “the end justifies the means” is accurate, if such a particular end is survival
► leader’s lifestyle is a coordinated focus on everything that serves to a historically prioritized goal
► important marks of inefficiency of the leader’s actions is a standard stability or worse yet the decrease of important results
