Abstract:

The author considers the problem of forming a passive intellectual capital in the modern enterprise. Analysis of these factors makes it possible to estimate the degree of employee motivation, and establish a mechanism for management of intellectual capital, focusing on professional development and career growth of employees. These requirements play a decisive role in shaping the willingness to work at the enterprise, because career ladder is one of the strongest elements of employee motivation.
