This article deals with the problem of staffing of AIC (agro industrial complex) of the Republic of Tuva. The author listed agricultural educational organizations that provide target site Republic, reviewed statistics personnel employed in the agricultural sector of the Republic, lists a number of factors hindering the formation of personnel, proposed measures for the solution of problems of personnel maintenance of agriculture of the Republic. The paper shows the overall results of the implementation of the governor's project "One village - one product"; the problems hindering the development of the project. The article examines changes in the legislative acts of the Russian Federation on issues of assignment and payment of pensions and the program on "increasing labor mobility".
