Abstract:

The uprise of new opportunities in the sphere of provision of medical services has its advantages but also creates additional complexity. Trade in the health service sector on the international level is followed by fierce competition and as a makes the services more accessible and improves their quality, but on the other hand, the problem of «skill drain» arises.
