Abstract:

The article discusses the characteristics of flexible social and labour relations and issues management in the digital space of the EAEU. Special attention is paid to the topical problem of development of legal culture and implementation of social responsibility principles within the Eurasian digital ecosystem, and also possibility of application of international labour standards for the regulation of remote work.
