The article summarizes the practice of establishing the salaries of managers and specialists, salaries (tariff rates) workers in the employment centers of the Russian Federation. After the introduction of new remuneration systems, approaches to the establishment of salaries of employees of regional budget, Autonomous and state institutions differ significantly, although in most cases the basis for their construction is professional qualification groups. At the same time, the average monthly salary of employees in the field of employment and recruitment remains at a relatively low level compared to the average in the economy and in manufacturing, due to the lack of funds allocated to pay for labor from the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation and the inability of state institutions to use income from income-generating activities. As shown in the article, the size of the official salaries of employees of employment centers vary significantly in the subjects of the Russian Federation, but in most of them are set at a fairly low level. Therefore, raising the salaries (tariff rates) of employees as the main part of wages is an urgent task. As a result of the study, proposals were formulated for the construction of a scheme of official salaries for employees of employment centers, including the size of official salaries, their differentiation, as well as the indexation of wages.
