Each region of the Russian Federation is characterized by a certain level of socio-economic development, which affects the working conditions of the working population. The article presents the results of studies on the influence of regional specifics of economic activities on the indicators of industrial injuries in the Primorsky territory. Application of methods of statistical analysis and modern information technologies for information processing, modeling and forecasting of the level of industrial injuries will allow to optimize management decisions on carrying out control and Supervisory measures and to increase their efficiency in the prevention of industrial injuries. As a result of research and analysis of statistical data, five most traumatic economic activities and the main cities of Primorsky Krai with the highest absolute rates of injury were identified. The article presents the results of the analysis of the distribution of industrial accidents by different types of economic activity for five cities of Primorsky Krai. With the help of methods of mathematical statistics, the authors identified "seasonal" and "age" components in the indicators of industrial injuries of Primorsky Krai. The results of the study of seasonality of injuries in construction, as well as in fishing and fish farming. The identification of the relationship of regional specifics of economic activities with the absolute indicators of industrial injuries will allow to develop a more effective set of measures to reduce the number of accidents at work.
