Abstract:

Self-sufficiency of the Sverdlovsk region with milk and dairy products is considered. The state of the dairy market in the Sverdlovsk region is analyzed in terms of the quality and safety of the products, as well as the impact of the production of counterfeit dairy products on the rate of achieving food security in the Sverdlovsk region. Methods of falsifying dairy products are being studied. The economic effect of the production of falsified dairy products is calculated. The problems arising on the way of combating the production and sale of falsified products are considered. Proposals are being made to reduce the production and sale of falsified dairy products.
