Abstract:

The statement that the intellectual capital becomes the main economic resource becomes increasingly popular. Intellectual and creative abilities of the human being are virtually inexhaustible resource. Oil and gas are not sufficient today for the development of our country's economy. To date, Russia has every chance to achieve the desired level of development with the assistance of a new creative resource.
