Abstract:

In December 2017, Russia joined the promotion of the strategy of the International Social Security Association Vision Zero. The article deals with the history of the origin and development of the philosophy of zero traumatism, gives examples of the implementation of this strategy in different countries of the world at different stages of its formation.
