Abstract:

In this paper we analyzed the task of studying human potential represented by formula development and trudoemkost studied technology for the diagnostics of the labor potential, studied the factors affecting the labour capacity of the organization, the methods of assessment of labour potential of workers, studied the main indicators for integrated assessment of efficiency of use of labor potential. The theoretical significance of the study is to put forward their views on the definition of the category of "labor potential", the mechanism of its functioning.
