The article presents the results of research into the problem of increasing the effectiveness of introducing the results of strategic (marketing) research to the market, taking into account the reduction in the time and costs for the timely preparation (expansion of opportunities) of existing production systems in accordance with the expected strategic objectives. It is shown that at present the strategic and tactical work of the enterprise is time-separated and is carried out according to the scheme of consecutive execution. With the purpose of solving the task in view, a model of the innovative approach to the organization of the solution of strategic tasks of the enterprise is proposed, consisting in the parallel-sequential fulfillment of tactical and strategic tasks. To this end, it is proposed to expand the responsibility of strategic units for the development of tactical units with the view to the practical implementation of strategic tasks in the new market conditions.
