The article studies the issues of effective management of the formation and development of teams in organizations. Building a high-performance team has always been one of the important tasks of managers, which requires special competencies, and not the invitation of business trainers. Understanding of natural group dynamics helps to avoid managerial errors and unnecessary costs, creating conditions for the transformation of the working group into a team. The article considers the main types of teams and generalizes teambuilding models. We present current approaches and methods for the development of team interaction and suggest the scheme for effective management of team-building on the basis of joining forces of the group and management of the organization.
