Abstract:

This work is devoted to the research of the reasons and consequences of system power inefficiency of domestic economy which have developed during the historical period of development of social and economic system of Russia. Authors have offered the development options promoting increase in the general level of energy efficiency of economic system as the key condition of implementation of innovative modernization of the Russian industry and reindustrialization of the country.
