Abstract:

The article considers the concept of leadership in the aspect of managing a company, and its difference from management. We present a list of basic personal characteristics inherent in leaders and consider leadership programs existing in large foreign companies. We show the difference between these programs in eastern and western organizations and examine the tasks of the programs and concepts of leadership at enterprises. We present the importance of the introduction of such programs from the perspective of staff motivation.
