Abstract:

Article considers theoretic-methodological approaches to definition and evaluation of labor life quality (LLQ) as a basis for employees attraction to industrial enterprises. LLQ elements which promote attraction of employees to enterprise are grouped and analyzed according to production process stages. Recommendations for provision of LLQ on enterprise are offered.
