Abstract:

The article is devoted to the formation of social passport of municipalities, which is the base not only for a comprehensive analysis of the current state of economic sector and social sphere of municipalities and the diagnosis of the problems of the territory, it also serves to identify the potential of the municipality. The methodology of the study includes a comparative review of the literature, systemic and structural approaches, including analysis and comparison between forms and methods of territorial development, creation of conditions for the development of the real economic sector, social sphere in order to improve the quality of life of the population.
