Abstract:

This article defines the issue of organizational and managerial innovations aimed at the modernization of labor relations; it examines a number of important applied aspects of the introduction of new organization and management methods implementing the opportunities provided by the revolution in information and communication technologies (ICT). The article analyzes the role of organizational and managerial innovations in the "digital economy", presents the concept of a new working environment as a result of a combination of technological innovations and organizational changes for the widespread introduction of ICT into business practices. We suggest a logical model of the working environment that takes into account the factors affecting the performance in the context of the information and network economy, considering technical, organizational and human aspects of the development of complex production environments. The article characterizes the model elements in their interrelations; we consider the options for its use for developing management tools for organizational and managerial innovations aimed at meeting social and organizational challenges in the process of technological and organizational development for implementation of the potential of the new working environment. We outline directions of the further research.
