Abstract:

The article considers the issue of formation of leaders’ image of a manager in the perception of the followers as a necessary component of his leadership potential. We characterize the notion of manager's leadership capacity. The article reveals the structure of leadership traits of the organizational leader and peculiarities of forming leaders’ image of a manager in the views of subordinates.
