Abstract:

The article is devotes to the issue of team cohesion. Today it is getting hard to create of a sense of cohesion, since the work of many people is automated and computerized. In addition, the communication between people in one team is minimized. It takes some effort to ensure that each employee feels cohesion. The goal of the article is that the author explains the main advantages of a cohesive team for the staff and for the organization as a whole and offers a system of basic methods for team building that has already been tested in real life and will serve as a good guide for many economic organizations for a long time.
