Abstract:

The current state of government regulation system is of itself a key factor of food security. The need to enhance the state control through the development of expert and control system is very important. The state has a lot of means to implement this regulation, staring from direct purchasing interventions at reasonable prices, and through preferential loans, tax preferences, preferential transport and other public companies’ fees etc.
