Abstract:

Subjects of the North Caucasus Federal district are among the regions where agriculture production is the most difficult. Food processing industry is a vital sector that has a direct and profound impact on the economy as a whole. The organizational structure of interaction of food processing industry enterprises needs reorganization. The main form of the reorganization may be the use of such integration forms as clusters, holding and other structures.
