Abstract:

The article fully studies the communicative relations originated from the formation and implementation of industrial policy. We analyse the role of communication in the development of industrial potential and ensuring the competitive industrial production as a factor of growth of investment and innovation capacity of the industrial enterprises. We develop the schemes reflecting the communicative aspects of industrial policy and a set of measures. The effective communication is a prerequisite for their implementation. We conclude that the study of the problems of communicative environment formation (communication infrastructure) promotes the implementation of effective management that aims to harmonize the investment and innovative processes in industry and to solve of current problems of industrial policy. The main thesis and conclusions of the article can be used in scientific and educational activities, in development and evaluation of the effectiveness of government industrial development programs, in the development of normative legal acts on supporting the development of staffing, investment, innovation, scientific and technological potential of industrial enterprises.
