The article highlights that there is a need to build a system of continuous education in all subject areas. Competences of modern coaches are one of the most important investment in the staff training. With the questionnaire specially developed by the authors they studied opinion of 25 students of Samara State University of Economics in HR management (bachelor) aged 22 to 23 years. Analysis of the results allowed to identify the necessary trainers and rank them. These qualities need to be improved to all the trainers and persons working in training and development of staff.
