The article presents the evaluation criteria for employment of medical staff by the example of the Department of extracorporeal hemocorrection methods of regional state budgetary institution of health care "Perinatal center" of the Ministry of health of Khabarovsk Krai. These criteria are set out in the regulations on the distribution of incentive payments between members of the unit. According to the author the proposed system works quite well and can be used as the basis for similar provisions in many areas of health care.
