Abstract:

In today's unstable economic environment, organizations must learn not only to operate stably, but also to strive for continuous development, which, in turn, is impossible without competent managers in the field of human resource management. In this article, on the basis of the analysis of articles by Russian authors, trends in management organization and human resource management identified the key professional competencies and personal qualities must have a modern personnel manager.


Highlights:

- researchers highlight a wide range of roles of personnel manager in organizations, which may indicate its high position in the company
- we should also note one of the roles – the formation of personnel ability to work effectively in a condition of organizational change
- all the researchers noted that the professional standard of the personnel manager is imperfect and must be improved
- the manager must not only quickly adapt to changes, but also to be the agent of change
