Abstract:

The article has suggested the method for evaluation of the economic reasonability of the current policy in the field of the remuneration of labour for the staff of the company that is the system of indices that reflect main trends of this policy. The trends described most fully characterize all key aspects of the remuneration of labour under modern conditions and allow to form the complex approach to evaluation of both the economic and the social effectiveness of the current policy in the field of the remuneration of labour for the staff of the company.
