The article touches upon the problem of personnel performance improvement through development of a non-financial incentive scheme. It discusses the method of individual planning of a company’s personnel development (with the example of NPO Rosdormash, OAO).

► the majority of staff are willing to organize their work process in accordance with the specifics of their own internal motivation, physical and psychological features
► only 21 % respondents want to see their contribution in the achievement of the company’s common goals
► leisure time and flexible hours are the most appropriate incentives for most employees
