Abstract:

The article deals with the basic theoretical issues of the labor market and its development prospects. It has been shown that employment is a necessary condition for the development of the state. The authors analyzed the labor market overview and discussed the situation related to employment and unemployment in Kyrgyzstan. They assess human resources based on criteria such as gender, age and education. The study may be recommended for use by graduate students, teachers and all interested persons, as well as by researchers of the labor market and the social and labor relations.
