Abstract:

The article presents and analyses different conceptions of industrial policy realization, shows the evolution of approaches. The author proves that modernization of modern Russian economy requires industrial policy which is based on the cooperation of state and business, ensuring of growth of competitiveness between domestic producers, creation of conditions for development of high technological segments of economy.
