Abstract:

The article presents the works on the program that has laid the foundations for further industrial development and is considered to be an example of a state system approach to the development of own industrial base. The main goal of the program has been to provide a sustainable and balanced economic growth through diversification of the economy and increase of its competitiveness. The author has been focused on the manufacturing industry.
