Abstract:
This article reviews the basic models of personnel management. This study allows to assert that the problem of efficient personnel management is one of the most urgent problems of efficiency of activity of the organization. For Russia this is a relatively new problem. Its topical nature requires study of the accumulated domestic and foreign experience.
