Abstract:

Innovations or novelties are implemented marketable improvements that provide for the qualitative growth of production processes efficiency and (or) the value of the ready product. Innovations in the dairy production industry are to be the guide for producers on the way to increasing their competitive ability that is nowadays especially relevant in the milk and dairy market.The present research consisted of the study of information on the presence of Russian innovative solutions developed by technological researchers in the sphere of the diary production industry, the experience of the use of innovations by Russian companies; the study of the legal base that regulates milk and dairy production; explanation of the necessity to implement innovations into agricultural companies specialized in milk production; development of business proofs for feasibility and economic effectiveness of implementation of innovations into the dairy production industry. The results of the research helped the authors to draw the conclusions about social significance of the suggested measures, specifically, organization of the functional dairy goods production; practicability and high economical effectiveness of business projects for innovative dairy production by national producers. The developed suggestions can be widely used in practice by both milk-processing and agricultural companies. It will allow them to use the present situation with introduction of food embargo on dairy production from some countries for their own interests and thus to provide for the growth of their competitive ability.
