Abstract:

The article demonstrates the process of the formation of certain boundaries in a top-manager’s mind and the influence thereof on bad decision-making. The relevance of changing such managerial stereotypes in order to be able to meet the newest economic challenges have been substantiated by the authors. An algorithm for analysis and improvement of the manager’s personal work has been proposed. The main thinking cliches, their causes and ways to overcome them have been discussed by the authors.
