Abstract:

The article presents the results of the study of the process of developing a complex performance management method at shipbuilding companies on the basis of the development and modelling of the performance management processes with use of the software using modern methods of labor rate setting, implementation of the system of personnel remunerative incentives, creation of the system of bonus funds adjustment. In result, the key problems of practical implementation of the performance management system and the ways of their solution have been determined.
