Abstract:

Labor relations as ones directly connected with the labor and as a considerable part of public relations, are one of the principal things in the society of any historical period and location. This fact let us state that the relevance of researching such relations is directly connected with real historical, political and social changes in public life. It is obvious that at the present stage by almost equal technological and technical provision of companies and in conditions of strong competition between producers not only in trade areas, but also in consumers, the success will be achieved by that company which uses its human resources in the best way, including at the expense of increase in staff labor activity. This results from the fact that a person as the key resource of modern post-industrial society is capable to continuous perfection, his initiatives, capabilities and opportunities have no bounds while other resources are limited.The approaches and recommendations offered in this article may be interested for heads of companies and separate divisions thereof, and can be applied in the development of democratic transformation directions in the social and labor relations system, in order to continue democratization and increase stuff labor activity.
