Abstract:
The article deals with the issue of the efficiency of internal marketing of an R&D institute whose competitiveness is directly dependent on the skills and innovation activities of its personnel. The author has substantiated his choice of the approach to the internal marketing definition that has been made taking into account the peculiarities of work of the scientific research and design institutes.
