Abstract:

The author proves the relevance of the problem of personnel professional development strategy. He focuses on the specificity of investment in personnel professional development by small businesses, giving comparative analysis of possible investment strategies. A strategy aimed at minimization of risks is proposed by the author as having good prospects.
