Abstract:
The study was aimed at identifying the relations and interactions between the strategic and tactical goals of the enterprise. It was established that they can be solved only if equal conditions as regards the rights and responsibilities among units specialists are set in the following sequence: marketing specialists – designers – product engineers – technologists – economists.
