Abstract:

The problem of training and maintenance of personnel in pharmaceutical enterprises is considered in the article. Main schemes of training of professionals for specific enterprises are formulated; ways of upgrading their skills are summarized. Methods for motivating the employees used at russian enterprises are given. The analysis of the current status of motivating factors at pharmaceutical enterprises is performed.
