Abstract:

The article contains a review of the key trends in the field of entrepreneurship development in the Russian Federation, an analysis of the legislation regulating the functions of the Entrepreneurs rights authorized agent institution, a comparative analysis of the key functional features of entrepreneurs in Russia and abroad.
